Terms and Conditions of hot5

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the hot5 platform ("Company", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the hot5.onl website together with all services, products and content provided within it.

hot5 is an online gambling platform operating under international licensing, providing a range of gaming products including slots, live casino, sportsbook and sports betting to eligible players. All services are offered in Malay and English for the convenience of Malaysian players.

2. User Eligibility

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the hot5 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of any existing balance.

4. Deposits and Payments

All successful deposits will be credited to your account immediately. If there is a delay, users are advised to contact our support team via live chat or email with proof of transaction to assist with the investigation.

Funds in a hot5 account are for gaming purposes only and do not constitute a bank deposit or savings protected by insurance. Users are advised not to keep money in the account beyond what is needed for current gameplay.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a hot5 account are subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. The standard processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the chosen method and current load.

hot5 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a withdrawal request. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other valid supporting documents. This process is part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific situations determined by hot5. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed during our working hours.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

hot5 offers various promotions including a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. Calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount (RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted).

For a deposit of RM1,800 as an example, a bonus of RM1,000 will be given, bringing the balance to RM2,800 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

7. Game Rules

All games on the hot5 platform are operated by independent licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. hot5 is not responsible for game outcomes arising from decisions made by game providers.

In the event of a technical disruption or system issue during gameplay, hot5 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the original bet. In situations where a game cannot be completed due to a connection issue on the user's end, hot5 will handle the case according to our internal policy.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of hot5 services is lawful under the laws of the region or country where they reside. hot5 makes no representation regarding legal compliance across all jurisdictions.

14. Amendment of Terms

hot5 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes or industry developments. Significant amendments will be announced via the hot5 website and/or through notifications to registered users.

Continued use of the hot5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the current applicable terms.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
